		<description>simply, you have a problem with your back up battery. it has either been out of use for way too long - has it been siitting in your pocket and never been used? - or it is just simply defaulty. you probably need to take it back to the store from whch yoiu bought it and get it replaced. 

NB: this is not a problem with your phone - the same thing has happened for me with my n95.</description>
