I’m getting ready to start building an electric car with a portable gas powered generator used to charge the batteries for backup. I have found a 17kw/hr generator can i use that to rapidcharge my battery bank? If not, what do I need to be able to rapid-charge my battery bank??

How do i build an electric battery/fuel cell for my car so it runs off mainly electricty?

Ive heard of cars that you can plug into an outlet and let them charge and it uses primarily that electric energy to fuel the car and uses the gas basically as a “backup” fuel.

Anyone know how to build this battery set, hook it up, and costs of it?

Any thoughts towards a perpatual motion machine?

I thought of wind&solar with a battery backup.
I’ve considered using a natural source such-as gravational or magnetic forces.

with both there is a point of balance also a point of optium force

Will GM ever make the “Volt”. The first mass produced electric car with a backup on-board gasoline engine?

GM has been advertising the Eco-friendly, electric vehicle for years now, but it seems to be put off. Even the Camaro was supposedly going to be a 2008 model and now it’s pushed back to 2010.
If someone does know some inside info on the volt, any idea how fast it will go once the batteries have run out?
