how can I take a APC chopper that I bought from pep boys and change it into a 4 wheeler/atv?

Motorcycle battery not charging, bike sputtering?

Hi I have a 78 Kawasaki KE125 and the battery will not hold a charge. The charging system for this bike consists of the magneto and regulator/rectifier. I think I have a bad RR because my lights will run off of the magneto when the battery will not supply enough power. What I really wanted to know is if my bike sputtering and bogging down when and after running at high speed has anything to do with my charging problem. My battery is supposed to be the backup for my magneto when I am not running fast though so I’m not sure.
