Brandon asked: I need a complete reset; It has been “Garbage Collecting” for a few days. I tried taking out all of the batteries and the backup battery at the same time for more that a day, and it is still “Garbage Collecting”. Is there any way I can reset it without going to the memory menu… ie. holding 2nd and on? When it is garbage collecting i can’t quit, clear turn off the calculator, or anything… it turns off because the batteries die. How can i reset or fix this. Do I have to send it in to TI?

tomma0264 asked:
Even though I removed the battery from my PSP, a little while later I put it back in, turned it on and the time was correct - there was no source of power. Does it have like backup power from the battery or something?
Another thing I noticed is when I unplug the computer, even for weeks, it keeps track of the time, internet or no internet (i think)

I have been surveying different websites and forums. Please suggest me is psp worth buying with all those complaints of dead pixel coming over. PSP does not seem to be very durable stuff.
Also plz tell me is the gaming experience good enough in terms of graphics, sound etc.
Also if I want to listen to music does it have good battery backup and audio quality.

I tried the reset trick (2nd “+” etc)

I tried changing the AAA batteries which also did nothing
I took out the backup battery though I did not change it but that still did nothing
