I have a subscription to Bsafe online and it scans the computer every night showing no problems. I don’t really know what Norton is or why it’s on my computer but it has a pop-up (?) occasionally that says there are 2 viruses found. Shows low threat. My computer is running slower lately though and sometimes has completely frozen up and I have to just let the battery run out so it will turn off and I can start it again. I don’t even have a clue how to back it up. I’ve seen the instructions on the windows site for the xp but even that is confusing me!

fracar asked:
I have a store, that we are closing for renovation. The electricity will be off for an extended period, but we would still like our alarm system (ADT Vista 10p) to protect the place. The backup battery is 12V 4AH. I would like to add (or replace) that with a larger capacity battery. It’s alright that it won’t fit in the case, and we will recharge the battery off-site. Can this replacement be done? Car batteries have much higher amp hour ratings, which I hope would give me the weeks of coverage I’d like.

On my computer the battery died,(the backup one) and we had to install a new one. When we did that ZA put a password on it. It wasn’t any of ours that we had installed as a password. What is the default password for ZA? We ended up deleting it by corrupting the file but now other programs will not work and in order to re-download it you need the default password.

peterkolozvary asked: My wife just called me and said there was a loud beep and then the pc just shut off. My guess the beep could have been the pc but could also be the Battery Backup. The power never went off this morning though. When she restarted it, the keyboard wasn’t working. Two days ago an update popped up on the screen and looked like it either updated windows media player or itunes. I think it was the media player. The thing is, I disabled all of automatic updates on eveything. I didn’t pay attention to what was on the screen when the update part came up, and I also tried to disable/ cancel anything. SOMETHING did go through though/update. It also asked me about some security setting on media player after it happened. After I click no or cancel the pc kinda locked up/slowed down for a minuteNow I’m just not sure what it is or what I can do to check it out. Any ideas?
As you know, I don’t have a router. I just use the Windows one and my pc is up and running constantly.
