Computer flicking then goes off along with everything else on battery back up/surge protector?

that is where i would start, try using a different outlet in your house first.

Could be - maybe somebody on the same circuit is turning something on about the same time everyday - causing the overload (or you’re having a brownout due to high AC usage).
