		<description>The CMOS Battery is dead.  On the Motherboard you will see something that looks like a large watch battery...

That is the problem pull it out and get to the nearest computer support center (i.e. store that does repairs or upgrades) and show it to them and they will get you a new one.

If you have done this before, the new battery might have been faulty or the Motherboard is going.

It is not charging or intermittently not charging or somehow killing the battery.</description>
