Digital frame recommendations?

I want to buy digital frames as Christmas gifts but not sure what to buy. Price range is $80-$120. Want min. 640 x 480, prefer 4:3 and not widescreen (but openminded), would like a remote and a battery backup. Help!

Take a look at the Sony DPF-D70. I bought three of these as Christmas gifts for my relatives. Then bought memory card and put our wedding pictures in them. I checked one of them out…very good looking frame. But fingerprint-magnet so watch out when you buy them.
This frame got an Digital Frame of the 2008 award from EUPCA (some Europe Photograph Association) Can’t remember the exact acronym.
