Does the Cect P168 Iclone cell phone have a backup battery built in?

My mom just got the P168 Iclone phone, and both of my batteries are dead, and she was in the middle of texting someone about a job interview, and her phone died. She forgot to charge her other battery as well…Does anyone know if this phone has a backup battery? And if so, how do you activate it?
