Try this link, just follow through the steps to see where it leads, what it comes up with. Give Dell a call to troubleshoot if you prefer, even if you are out of warranty on that system, you are still entitled to phone support for the life of your system (you just couldn't get a part replaced under warranty if it's expired). When it asks you to enter the "System Setup" that means to turn on the system and start taping on the F2 key. Good Luck!
