Is there a code to dial in my cell phone when the battery is low it brings it back up ?

nope, thats not true. You need to charge the phone to bring the battery power back up.

No sorry, you cannot do this. I have heard the same myth floating around, and unfortunately it is just a myth. The only way for you to get your cellphone back to full battery capacity is to plug it into an outlet and let it charge.
