just purchased nokia n 95 and facing battery backup problem?

my nokia n95 8 gb shows full battery but shuts down saying low battery with in 30 mins.
when ever i plug it for charging its shows full battery and stops charging with in 10 mins and shuts down soon.

If you have only just purchased it then take it back to the shop if you bought it from one, if you didn’t then you got ripped off!!!

Hi Naved,
I suggest that change the battery, its 101% battery problem.
