		<description>Check all the basic power connectivity to the PC, try a different Power cable, try on a different Outlet, sometime power supply has  on/off switch. 
Second open the case and check all the basic power connectivity inside as well.</description>

make sure your power supply doesn't have an on/off switch that is tripped to off.</description>
