Isn’t one type of battery better than the other? Why don’t all electronics use the better battery and which type of battery is the better battery?

surge protector

We are purchasing the Innotek SD-2100 electric dog fence to contain our 30 lb. lab/husky mix. (We live on a busy road and she likes to zig-zag across the street!) I know that they have special lightning protection surge protectors made specifically for the dog fence, but I’m wondering if a regular electronics surge protector would do the same thing.

Thanks :) “electric” fence meaning invisible dog fence (buried underground)

Everyday it beeps and goes to battery backup for a few seconds. Why is it doing this? What else should I do to ensure my electronics are safer? Thanks.

suspended_acctx3 asked:

I just got into college and we are required to plug all of our electronics into a surge protector. My question is, will the surge protector still work/be okay if it is plugged into an extension cord? The surge protector that I have does not go as far as I would like it to so I would need the extension cord.

If surge protector light is on is that good or bad?

I have this surge protector for my electronics and when i have my surge protector on…the “surge” light is on(Color Red). When i tried sticking it at another wall the light is off but my electronics are still on. Im not sure what this surge light means? Should the “surge” light be on or off? thanks
