I need to run 2 ceiling fans+2 Tube Lights + one 22′ TV for at least three hours ( with out power )
There are lot of ambiguity’s in choosing 800 VA UPS or Inverter + 135 Ah Battery.
help me out in choosing the appropriate backup solution for my home, would be helpful if you can clearly differentiate with reasons.

I have a computer battery supplied power backup and it shows this.

Never heard of electrical noise…..does anyone really know what it means?
There is a list of “Power Problems” that can cause the backup unit to take over and shut down the computer. They are listed as: Blackout, Undervoltage, Overvoltage, and Electrical Noise. Last night, my computer shut down due to “electrical noise”….we were having a severe wind storm and were expecting power outages that never came….but I did notice the lights dim a time or two before the backup unit took over.

It needs to be turned on by pushing a button. My question is whether I should leave the power backup/power surge protector still on when my pc is turned off. It doesn’t say in the instructions what I should do in this regard but I believe if there is no power going through my pc at all that the battery inside it won’t recharge and then it will stop working.

I was able to find this document on the FCC website, but its just the write-up of the Review. It doesn’t specify what any rulings or mandates might have been.

I am thinking about buying a 12 Volt 51 Ah deep cycle Gel Cell Sealed marine battery for power backup and power outages as this has more power and can handle more of a load. Would this be a good choice? I don’t want to buy a generator
