1) when the batteries are charging and the unit is on
2) when the batteries are giving the backup and the unit is on
3) when the batteries are connected (whether they are charged up or discharged) to the (inverter) and the inverter (unit) is off.
4) when the batteries are not connected (whether they are charged up or discharged) to the (inverter) and the inverter (unit) is off.

but how can i get to know that my batteries are charged ? My U.P.S (inverter) doesnt have this utility to tell that the batteries are charged or not ?
so how can i get to know this ?
