		<description>Hello Baljinder may be this is a rather dumb reply but can you please make sure that you have given the wire connections right? Just make sure that you are connecting your CPU from your UPS and not directly connecting your CPU to the power supply. Am saying that coz it does happen at times in homes where the people are not that computer illiterate. No offense meant against you though am talking about the elderly people...</description>

		<description>I think the ICs are gone. You definitely need  a replacement. Also, make sure your batteries are good, even if they are new.</description>
