what’s the best surge protector for a tv AND a treadmill on at the same time?

I have one outlet and the treadmill says to use a single-source surge protector, which I have, but I can’t plug the tv into the socket unless I use some sort of power strip for the two.

I wouldn’t connect a TV and any motor driven device on the same circuit because of the spike the tread mill produces when turned on may kill your TV.
