Not Toshiba in any case. I’m lucky to get 1/2 an hour and that has also been the case for my friends with this brand.

most are about the same depending on the way you set up your power options.buy a spare

my macbook pro can get me 3+ hours, 4+ hours with dimming down the screen 5+ hours turning off bluetooth/dimming screen/turning off wifi

i am from india too (delhi).i use a LENOVO and at 100% charged state, with brightness 0 it shows a backup time of 3 hrs 48 minutes.
my classmates have got their own laptops, but none this good.but all this with a 6-cell battery.
get a laptop with 2 batteries and it could go upto 6 hours or so.
