		<description>First just to be sure, install a fresh battery that has a "good until" date on the package. I have seen batteries set for a year on a self in a maintance shop and then dud out when installed. Also, is it warning you that it (the detector) is not getting AC power and is running on the back-up battery? If you have any literature on the detectors, look for what this beeping means in the literature. If that is not the case, and this is a combination CO and smoke detector, have someone check your furnace and water heater for CO levels if they at fueled by gas of heating oil.&lt;a href="http://www.goldbuyingguide.com/buying-e-gold.htm"&gt; michael&lt;/a&gt;</description>
