Why UPS of my computer is not giving any back up even on using a new battery?

it happens bcause u have fluctuating voltage or the supplier is lyn!!!

plz insure that the ups is fully charged…
the 3 pin pluge should be switched into a power board…
otherwise it wont chrge up…
its a new battery so first chrge it compltly…

u need to charge the ups before ur using it

for a new battery keep the UPS ON to charge the battery first for at least 12 hours before using it on the computer.
